Your domain and email
Use your existing domain or request one standard, non-premium .co.uk or .com at no extra charge. We check availability before registration. Annual renewal is included while HostLab manages the domain and your paid website plan remains active. Premium names, additional domains and other extensions are quoted separately.
Includes up to 3 business mailboxes with 2 GB each, webmail and email-app setup guidance. Extra 2 GB mailboxes cost £3 each per month. Existing-mail migration, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace licences are separate.
Monthly changes, made simple
Your 60-minute allowance covers small text or image changes to existing pages, such as opening hours, prices or photos. Unused time does not roll over. Send requests through your HostLab client area.
Larger changes are quoted before work starts. Agreed extra work is £60/hour, with a 30-minute minimum and 15-minute increments thereafter. One additional page using your existing design and supplied content is £150, including one revision round.
From order to launch
- Brief. Tell us about your business, services and preferred domain. We agree the page plan and launch schedule.
- Content and design. Supply your logo if available, text and photos. We organise and lightly edit your content, then prepare the site for review.
- Review and launch. Two consolidated design revision rounds are included. Additional revision rounds and changes to the agreed scope are quoted for your approval before work starts. We check mobile layouts and enquiry forms before launch.
Your welcome email starts the project; it does not mean the site or mailboxes are already live. We confirm readiness separately. Tell us about existing email before domain changes, and never put passwords or API keys in checkout fields.

What needs a separate quote?
Online shops, live booking systems, custom admin or editing panels, integrations, full copywriting and paid third-party licences are outside this package. You supply any required legal wording.
