What we need to set it up
- Your business. Trading name, contact details, logo and brand colours.
- Your portal address. Your preferred domain or subdomain. We agree the connection with you.
- Your services. Service list, prices, customer pricing tiers and any required options.
- Your owner account. The person who will manage the portal. We send an invitation so they can choose their own password.
Tell us your payment-provider preference during onboarding. We arrange access securely; never enter passwords, secret keys or card details in order notes or email.
How launch works
We review your order, confirm the included features and setup scope, then agree a launch schedule. You review the configured portal before it goes live. The setup welcome email starts this process; it is not a live-service notice.
Branding options
Use your existing logo, or choose Logo Design for £250 or the Brand Starter Pack for £400 as a one-off extra. Logo Design includes two concepts, two revision rounds and light/dark SVG, PNG and PDF files. The Brand Starter Pack adds colours, fonts, favicon, social avatar and a short guide. Choose one branding option.
What is separate?
Public website pages, business mailboxes, domain registration, payment-provider charges, migration, tuned files and bespoke integrations are not included. Any additional work is scoped and quoted for your approval.
